When I build the solution, errors list displays best practice error related to form pattern, how can I enforce system to ignore such type of errors ?

Why would you ignore errors related to patterns? And if you are talking about best practice check, that you can setup based on your requirements, I can refer you AX 2012 navigation (Tools -> option -> Development -> Best practices)
I do not find the path above I think you mean (Tools -> option -> Dynamics 365 -> Best practices) , right ?
