
we are trying to configure Omnichannel Workstream Rule Set, but when we click on create rule, it shows blank white overlay screen, but that is the full stop. Seems like some bug or missing configuration in the instance.
Can any one assist with steps in seqance what needed to set up Chat and configure its Rules so if the chat opens in Europe, geo location service allow to map that chat session to Europe Queue, .... if the location is Asia,... the rule should route chat to Asia Queue and such.
Please provide any supporting article/blog/video if we can utilize.
