Distributing Voice of Customer survey using third party email marketing tool

s it possible to create a voice of customer anonymous survey in Dynamics 365 and distribute the survey in bulk using a third party email marketing tool, IBM Watson? Will the survey responses come back into Dynamics 365 automatically?

Yes I belive you can. In VOC, once you publish a survey and set it to allow anonymous responses, the survey will genreate an anonymous link that you can embed and the survey should come back in to Dynamics.
