Flexible Billings Posting causes SL to hang

HI All,

We have been running into an issue over the past few months where if some one is running the invoice posting in Flexible Billings, SL is being dragged down to its knees. When this process is running, no one ells can work on SL. You cannot even open a screen. We seem to have the same issue when time sheets are posting. I have been tasked to sort this issue out. If you have ever encountered this issue, what have you done to resolve it?

Some Info on our set up:

SL 2011 FP1

Version 8.12.

SQL Sever 2008 R2

Yes the screen is customized. I will post an Invoice in standard mode and will let you know if this works.

Hi,

Have you tried to post the invoice in standard mode. I believe the customization has slow down the process. If the screen has been customized an asterisk symbol should appear in the left top most on the screen.
