Does anybody know if Microsoft is planning to replace its current Dynamics for Marketing Journey Builder with another tool?

    There are some updates to customer journeys planned (like branching and KPIs), but the functionality itself is here to stay. You can check out the latest release notes to see what's in the roadmap:
