Debtors Collection letters

I have a problem where the "Prepare collection letter" option under "Write letter" on Debtor Maintenance does not exist. Has anyone seen something like this before?

I found the solution on partnersource. This problem occurs if the Collections Management module is registered. It seems to then disable the option from Debtor/Customer Maintenance. What I was originally looking for was Finance Charges, which I did find. My problem now is that on my local install I do have the option of sending collection letters but at one of my clients that option does not show under "Write Letter" on the Debtor Maintenance. This should be a setup issue but I have no idea where to enable this as I have not worked with these letters before. MS Office is installed on both my machine and the server.

Have you done this before or is this the first time you are going to envoke this program?

Do you have MS word installed on this computer?
