Unable to debug for UserXXXXX accounts (Non-admin) in cloud VMs

Hello,

There are 2 account profiles on each cloud VM on LCS. We are supposed to use the UserXXXXX accounts (i.e. non admin accounts) for a particular project. However, we are unable to debug in VS on the IISExpress.exe process as we are having an error message stating that the process can only be accessed using Admin accounts. Is there any way to allow debugging in non-admin accounts or to allow the process IISExpress.exe (and Batch.exe) to be available to non-admin accounts?
