Plugins - Setting Subject lookup field in incident entity

Hi,

I had a lot of searching on how to set up incident entity subject lookup field in plugins, but unfortunately i didn't find what i want . Could you please refer a useful blog or something like that? or perhaps provide the answer here.

Hello,

I'm not sure what post are you looking for. What exact issue do you experience? Subject lookup is a regular lookup so something like

incident["subjectid"] = new EntityReference("subject", subjectguid);

should work fine. Can you please be more specific on your issue?

What is the code line you tried to set Subject?

Hi Khaled,

I believe you can get the subject GUID from the UI, by pressing F12 and move the selector to the subject list you will find the itemid.

I usually get record id either from Url if it is there or using Extension for Chrome like LevelUp.
