What is this Main Menu, in what way it is different than other agent scripts ?

Thanks for helping out. Actually this [Main Menu] is like an OOTB control to go back to the list of Agent Scripts if you have multiple Agent Script setup.
Your [main menu] is a start task. I briefly explain them here.

In you example above "Appeal" is showing under main menu as it is the start task.
I believe you can simply use a GotoTask action to goto Appeal.
If that doesn't work for you try clear history.

Thanks for helping out. I've read from your site.
So if I have 2 Agent Scripts and set 'Start Task' to Yes and did not set any 'Go to Task' action call, the [Main Menu] should be set as the default value on the Drop down once a session starts.
