Company specific Dashboards

Hi all,

is there any possibility to setup Company specific dashboard for a user/users group?

As example:

In company A i have a dashboard for daily use. Now, this is being shown in company B as well. For the company B, i would want to have different view.
I didn´t found any possibility.

We would want to do it mostly, because we have dashboards with numbers from Ledger settlement, where the numbers of entries on the tiles are always shown for the company, where the view has been made  and saved. Not for the company i am viewing.

for different view over different tables, it seems to work so, that it always shows the data from current company. So with this, we came across the question to have different Dashboards for different companies.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
You can check out this document Personalize the user experience - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. it talks about personalizing dashboards. If your users vary from company to company, you can personalize the dashboard for your users. There are several ways to share the personalizations with other users: 1. Publish a view to your users. 2. Copy the view or personalization to the user. 3. Export and import views or personalization settings. You can also try to configure security roles in D365FO to control access to specific dashboards. Assign appropriate security roles to users or user groups.
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi,
If the users belong to different companies, you can set up several different workspace dashboards, then set up different security roles, assign them to users in different companies, and control permissions to choose which pages users can see.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

You can apply this using security roles and associate it with only specific company (Company A). Using "User Legal Entity Restrictions in D365FO". You can read more about it from the below link:
