We are recording time in time sheets with reference to jobs and after the time sheets are approved, we pull the hours into Job Journals to post the hours to the jobs.
In the Job Journals a document no. is required input on each job journal line, but what is the purpose of this document no.?
We always just enter 1 as document no. and then the program is happy to do the posting, but it would be very nice if we could just hide the field from the screen.
