Hi,
We are planning to integrate JIRA and MS CRM in a way which will enable creation of the ticket from MS CRM (cloud) to JIRA (cloud)While creating the ticket some of the values stored in MS CRM need to be populated on the newly created ticket.There should be also connection back to MS CRM on status of the ticket.
Does anyone have experience with this, can you recommend some tool/plugin?

If you havent found a solution yet, Goldfinger Holdings makes a Jira-MS Dynamics integration (Jira Plugin). Are you using Jira Server, Data Center or Cloud?

We have pre-built connector in power Automate with the help of them we can integrate the Jira with MS CRM
