How I can equally distribute Reported Tips or Charge Tips to my all employees by using Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 HR & Payroll.
E.g. If I received $1000 Reported Tips. Now I want to divide $1000 to my 10 employees with the percentage of 10%.

Assuming you are in the US, the IRS has some very specific guidelines on the allocation of tips. The HR/Payroll module follows the IRS calculation. I have it documented (with an example!) this calculation and how it works in Dynamics on my blog at:
