I have a Trial tenant of Customer Insights and Dynamics 365. I want to try out the Predictions functionality in CI but I get a message that says I need to associate a CDS instance for Predictions to work. When I go into Settings>Environments and choose Edit for my environment the system displays the message below. Does this mean that I can't edit a non-production instance > meaning I can't associate a CDS instance to CI > resulting in not being able to use the Predictions functionality in a Trial instance?
This looks like a product issue.

You absolutely can use the predictions feature on a trial instance, but there's a known issue for the association of CDS instances that we're working to resolve and should have it fixed soon. There is a way you can unblock yourself through our API, but we'll need to get some information about your instance. Send an email to CIHelp@microsoft.com and let's get you unblocked.

I get this return email message when I attempt to send an email to CIHelp@microsoft.com. I am using the email address associated with my forums account.
"The groups only accept messages from people in their organization or on their allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the lists."
