Hi,
I was wondering if someone could clarify something for me. If I log in as a Team Member I am able to go into a PO and receive in the goods. Should a Team Memeber have the ability to create a GRN. I assume this is just updating an existing PO and not the creation of a new document.
I have spoken to another partner and they said only a Full Licence should have the ability to receive in a GRN.
Any clarification anyone could provide on this as I do not want to uchase full licences if I don't need to.
Hi ZHU,
Thank you for the update. It is SaaS that I am using on the latest wave, strange that it lets me.
thanks again,
Hi, If it is a SaaS version, it should not work. I think the answer you received is correct.
Dynamics 365 | Licensing Guide:
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=866544&clcid=0x409
But this might change a bit if it's an On-Pre version. This is similar to the limited User of NAV. If there are less than 3 tables written at the same time, this should be possible.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi, Thank you for the quick response. I have created a Team Memeber and assigned them the roles and I can receive in a GRN. I was looking for something a bit more conclusive as the document does not state GRN's and I am still in conflict with MS Support saying yes but my MS account manager saying no! :( Not sure where to turn as I am reluctant to sell Team Licences as this is all they would like the Team Members to do.
Thanks again for your help
