Edit purchase prices in Excel

Hi there,

Fully new hear ;-)

We are just implementing Dynamics in to our business and I am unable to find out why I am unable to open / edit the “purchase prices” in excel directly from Dynamics. There is just no button available in the menu. I find this strange since we are able to do this directly in “sales prices” and “item vendor catalog” via the edit in excel button.

To make clear what I am missing I added the images below.

Just to give some background. We are have large QTY items which we sometimes have to edit/ add and where pricing changes a lot. For that reason we would like to be able to update these. If any better suggestions please let me know.

Hopefully anyone can help me out here :-) THX!

As you can see below it does not show the option to edit in excel..

    Hi,

Just as Teddy said, even I have the same opinion.
Although if you want you add the Excel Button, we can add it by customizing through an extension.

But if you want Excel feature without customizing, you can make use of Configuration Package.

I think it has something to do with the way they design the page. The excel button is just not available on that page.
