Hello I have a customer who just upgraded from SL 7.0 to SL2011.
SL 7.0 recalc process was working as expected. If a rate range was applied after allocations had been run. The rate could be updated within the Multi-level rate table for effective date and then the allocation processor run for the specified project using the appropriate period/date ranges. When the same process is followed now Allocations are not being created and PC msg 0073 is received.
Allocations are set to auto allocate.
I am able to duplicate the issue in a set of TEST DB’s with their data - I get the same results. After a rate change using effective dates and rate amount changes that should impact already allocated transactions. No transactions are being created to record the change.
Any idea's what could be going on here?
