ReportI have clients that use the Sales Price screen in Order Management but need to update them regularly. For one client they were okay with me deleting the existing plan and importing a new one. But now I have a client that will only update certain customers and inventory items and want to add new customers and items. Their current price plan needs to stay in place and I need to set revised prices based on a future date and also import the new price plans that don't exist. Transaction Import does not support this and I received a confirmation from MBS that there is no fix in place.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so, what solution did you come up with? I'm hoping for a response in the next few weeks as the updated plan goes into effect 12/1. Thanks!
