ReportHello guys,
My Customer (On Dynamics 365 online) want to give to their BUs managers access to Kpis to follow adherence to change (BU name, Users name, Date og log CRM session, Duration)
I know that I can use OOTB Audit Report but it's not usefull in its format and I can't bring it to a Dashboard. Moreover, I want to identify users with their business Unit.
I know that I can use also Organization Insight but it's only available for a system admin.
Do you knwo another way to cover the need please ?
