Web Service calls with POSTMAN /AX 2012 R3

Hello DAX people,

I am testing HCMServices with POSTMAN, I get a response with GET request, but when I change it to POST, even with or without header and body, I am getting a 404 not found error.

Am I missing something?

I want to insert in ax from POSTMAN. I appreciate any suggestions :)

Hi Nesrine,

Please check the AIF exceptions as well in case any exceptions were recorded.

Also, did you try this calling service from a simple C# application to make sure it works?

Hi Nesrine,

I am trying this on my Dev environment. Could you please send me a screenshot of the soap request you are sending over in the "Body" segment?

Also, do you have all the fields enabled in the "Data policies" in the inbound port?

Could you please share a screenshot of the inbound port and the operations available for the service? I just want to make sure create/update operations are available for the service.

Hi Nesrine,

Did you add "?wsdl" at the end of your request and try? In your initial screenshot, that is missing.

Did you leave the authorization to "NoAuth"?
