Hi Techies,

We have started getting the below error 

The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

 

and none of our plugins fire and throws the above error.

Env: CRM 2016 Update 1

Any suggestions are appreciated!!!

    I have one other plugin, Even that throws the error.

    We have changed it to Async, It is nto throwing anymore.

    I doubt that Sandbox service is being stopped. How do we restart online sandbox services?

    hi,

    in your plugin code there are several other methods that are not inside the code you posted, my suggestion is to debug the plugin because probably one of these methods is calling an external webservice.

    The error you posted can be related to a failed webservice call, but you need to debug your plugin to see where the error happens, you are on CRM 2016 update 1 so also the tracing can be an option to understand where it's happen.

    if you change it async you will not see the error but doesn't mean that the error is not happening, you need to check the system logs.

    Hi,

    We have tried debugging by enabling profiler. But that doesn't return the profiler information instead it will throw error exception.

    And i have enabled tracing , even that doesn't help much

    then after every relevant line in your code add some tracing information and see where you stop

    Hi,

    We have created one more India instance and we faced the same issues.

    Later we created Singapore instance and it worked. Looks like services are down in inda region.

    I'm also facing same issues on using CRM sandbox North America region. Still sandbox services are down in India region ?
