My initial impression was that Active Campaign was one of the leading marketing automation products. The automation capabilities seem robust, AC seems to offer integrations with many other products (including Dynamics 365), there's a good api, there's extensive onboarding support...
I have been trying over a couple of months to build a test application integrating D365 accounts and an AC automation that supports clients scheduling an annual review meeting with one of our advisors. I keep running into problems and wonder if anybody out there can offer some wisdom based on comparable experience. I'm starting to wonder if there aren't better alternatives?
I'd appreciate any comments from anybody else who has tried to make Active Campaign work with D365.
Thanks!
Hi,
Reading through your post, there’s a tool called “Marketing4Dynamics” available on Microsoft AppSource which we thought could be some help to you. This app provides seamless integration between Mailchimp (external marketing/campaign platform) and Dynamics 365. It allows user to sync campaigns to Dynamics 365 and contacts (members) both ways; from Dynamics 365 to Mailchimp and similarly from Mailchimp back to Dynamics 365. You can know more about this on AppSource itself to get an insight on overall abilities of Marketing4Dynamics and how it can possibly fit in to what you are trying to achieve in your challenge.
Hope it helps.
