Omnichannel messaging chat

Hi all,
 
From the customer service administration center, I have created a widget chat and I have some errors.
 
The first one is that the notification that there is a new incoming conversation does not pop up. The following notification does not appear:
 
 
The second error is that the agent's chat does not display the customer's messages and vice versa.
 
Does anyone know the reason for this error?

    Hey!
     
    You should open a support request to Microsoft.  This will probably require to gather some logs.  It's also important to check some configuration on both the Notification and the agents, since the first screenshot is not loading.
