Combination error when posting for an account that does not exist in the Journal.

Hello AX Brains Trust!

I am quite baffled by this one and cannot figure out why this is happening. The user has complained that she seems to always have this issue in a particular company and journal type.

The error is your standard "You must select a value in the ### field in combination with the following dimension values that are valid: etc etc. Then it shows the MainAccount number 630320 that has the error. However, when we look at this journal, this account is not even being used. The journal validates successfully, however, shows this error only when it comes time to post.

Has anyone come across this before?

Hello Satrangi,

Is it possible that a main account ledger allocation rule has been setup that distributes the amount posted on account 630320 to other accounts automatically at the time you post?
