When I pull this list in CRM Leads the results are 800 when I pull it directly from the data base there are over 14k Any reason why there is such a huge difference between them?

When I pull this list in CRM Leads the results are 800 when I pull it directly from the data base there are over 14k. Any reason why there is such a huge difference between them?

How would u recommend me narrowing it down? Its occurring when they try to do advanced finds. I also thought about the status of the lead, but in excel document it doesn't have this field/column.
