Two Users Can't be on the Retroactive Deferral Window Simultaneously.

Hi,

I am not sure if this is supposed to be the normal behavior for GP but when I can't have 2 different users be on the same Retroactive Deferral Window module. When a user has it open already and a second one tries to access it they get the following message. "You can't enter deferral transactions while the Retroactive Deferral Transaction Entry window is open." We are using version 2013 of GP.

    Well, yes.

    This is the normal behavior by design .

    I was wondering if you knew why this is made by design? Our users claim that they were able to go in to this module in version 10? is there any Microsoft official documentation were it states that it can't be used by multiple users? (I am not questioning your answer is just for the benefit of the users.)
