Safari and CRM 365 BPF Issue

Hi,


Since the Dynamics CRM O365 update earlier January and using Safari, the step back process arrow is now missing in the new BPF.

Note: It is working fine using Edge

Has anyone else experiencing the same issue? any known workaround?

    Hi LJ,

    Click on the bar of the process flow (example is I clicked on the process bar for Qualify) to go back to show the prior step in the business process flow and when you do this then you have the ability to "Set Active" on that step in the flow.
