I need assistance please. We have a Customer Voice survey that connects with a workflow to create a record on our CRM with details filled out from the survey.
For some of our responses we get an error /The date/time format is not valid, or the value is outside the support range/ for the same workflow used.
The question it relates to is a date picker type question so I am wonderign if this question type might be giving intermit issues?
Any one with advice or feedback please on how to fix this?
If the field is not mandatory then you to have manage the null condition.
Also, while creating the records in dynamic CRM please follow format like "yyyy-MM-dd".
