Hello, community,

we need to dismiss our CRM outlook client (2013) and starting to use the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE app for outlook;

What are the best practices to migrate from dynamics CRM 2013 outlook client to dynamics 365 app for outlook?

    Hello,

    There is no real migration for the Outlook plugin.

    The app is not an independant software, it's an option to activate inside Dynamics and the deployment is automatic.

    Hello,
    There is no process to migrate Outlook from old version to new, rather outlook will be updated separately and Outlook for Dynamic 365 can be configured with latest outlook update.
