CRM - Sharepoint document management integration

I have enabled document management for accounts in my CRM instance so I can access and link my documents through to CRM from Sharepoint. I have a set template of folders I need under every account. I can set these folders up in Sharepoint but only the documents in the root directory show up in CRM. Is there away to have the sub-folders show up in CRM also?

Thanks

    Hi Cam,

Are you on CRM online using Server-based SharePoint integration?

Note that on this case users can’t create folders in CRM and the folders aren’t displayed in CRM.

If you are using the List component than you should be able to see the folders:

    Hi Cam,

It is very like you are using server based integration.

Did you click "Enable Server based SharePoint integration"?

That does not offer the view to folders:

This article has a screen shot of the 2 different types of integration:

    Hello Cam Rae,

I understood your problem on researching a lot on the issue, I came across power object link that talks about "Use SharePoint Workflows to create CRM 2011 / SharePoint Sub-Folders"

I guess this should help you resolve your issue
