Zero marketing contacts

Hi,

I am confused. We have installed Marketing for a customer. In the license they have 10 000 marketing contacts included. But when we are looking in settings - it says zero contacts (0/0). What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked that you have paid or trial marketing license?

I suggest filing a support ticket. The denominator should show the total quota for all licenses on the tenant.

Marketing can't be installed without a license, paid or trial.
