Customer Journeys - Recurrence Table

Hello together

I would like to know where the email addresses are stored which have already been sent an email via a Customer Journey.
Because if I have a contact in a CJ, send an email to this contact, delete the contact and create a new contact with the same email address, the new contact is no longer sent to the CJ.

    Hi M. Warlich,

When you delete the contact, the contact would be removed from the Segments. So, the contact would not receive the email.

After you create the contact, did you readd the contact to your segment? If no, please add and then have a try.

    Hi Steve

Of course i readded the contact to the segment (it's a dynamic one). But there is no E-Mail sent via CJ. And of some (difficult to explain) reasons i can not use recurrence.

    Regards
