Customization - Fixed Assets in AX 2012 R2

Hi Guys!

Good day!

We planning to overhaul the Fixed Assets in MS Dynamics AX 2012 R2 to meet the business requirements, The part we will customize is when creating a Fixed Assets and our plan is the same as Creating Sales Order(almost), we want have a Lines items to pick/add a specific item with or w/o serial, cost, qty and select a user/employee that will use the assets in short integration of Inventory.

but, before we will start customizing the existing Fixed Assets in MS Dynamics AX 2012 R2, i want to know if anyone has same requirements or has anyone customize your Fixed Assets?

We looking forward in any ideas and suggestion.
