I received this error message when trying to set a company as default in FRx. The error was followed by
"his error occurred while populating the frl_book_ctrl table in the GLX database” followed by “FRx Engine Failed to create a GL Index File”
I opened a case with Microsoft and found that this was a known issue that was occurring because there was a Budget ID named "ACTUAL". Sure enough the customer had created a budget ID "Actual". I exported the budget and then deleted the budget and this resolved the error.
