Hi,
Our customer had purchased the 1 Marketing instance. Understand that with the puchase of marketing instance, the customer also entitled for 2k of survey using Forms pro. However, the forms pro app is not found in their Office 365 portal.
Is there any specific configuration need to enable it? We had install the Voice of Customer into the UAT environment, but still cannot see the Forms Pro App.
