Hi,
Our customer had purchased the 1 Marketing instance. Understand that with the puchase of marketing instance, the customer also entitled for 2k of survey using Forms pro. However, the forms pro app is not found in their Office 365 portal.
Is there any specific configuration need to enable it? We had install the Voice of Customer into the UAT environment, but still cannot see the Forms Pro App.

Hi,
Forms Pro is used to create Surveys separately on their end, with a feature switch on Marketing side.
On the Marketing app, they would need to have the up to date solution, with the future switch that needs to be enabled by going to Marketing Advanced Settings.
After creating a Survey at Forms Pro app, in any email and Customer Journey, they can see Forms Pro survey tile/content block in Marketing app.

Hi Teh,
I just created a trial of Forms Pro.
From what I haved explored, I think Forms Pro and Dynamics 365 are at the same level,(include Power Automate, and we can see Forms Pro connector in Power Automate.)
so Forms Pro would not be an app in Dynamics 365.
