primarycontactid case not filtering in sales hub

Build 9.1.0.9429

over the weekend this just stopped working. no other code updates or changes.

in Sales hub only (regular CRM interface is fine), it does not filter the primarycontactid  (Case Primary Contact) for the selected account.

Seems to be unrelated to browser also as I have tested Chrome, FF and Edge.

Has anyone else got this issue or know if its a Microsoft issue?

    I cant find any custom JS and I thought this was the default function? In any case, it works in the regular CRM interface, just not in the sales hub, and, no code has been changed for that form/entity for weeks

    Hi,

    I don't think this is filtering is implemented by default so there must be some config/ code used to achieve this. Do you know how was it implemented?
