Hi All,

I have a PO which is partially received now i want to cancel the remaimimg qty., so i cancel the qty from deliver reminder and put it in the workflow. After the approval it is automically changes to the confirmed instead of Approved, and also the line qty and the amount of the PO is not changing, it is the same

    Hi Imran,

This behavior is correct when you use the delivery remainder functionality. In this way you have the original ordered quantity available. Another field controls how many items are to be expected. This is set to zero. If you check the inventory transactions for these lines now, you will notice there are no ordered lines anymore. In this way you are able to report based on ordered and really received quantities.

    Hi Imran,

There is no storage of cancelled quantities. The only way to find out is look at the status (cancelled) if a line was completely cancelled without partial receipt of the goods. Otherwise there is a difference between the original quantity and the related inventory transactions.

For a report, you can have a look at the vendor performance reports in the next menu section: Procurement and Sourcing > Reports > Distribution.
