i have made a sale order and add 2 lines with same item, then partially delivered it. but in on hand list it is showing the ordered quantity instead of received quantity for 2nd line only. how to solve it? attaching screenshot for the reference.

You are talking about on-hand, but you shared only the inventory transactions form. When you talk about a received quantity, is there any sales return order? Please clarify your question.
no there is not any sales return order and this inventory transaction form is from the on hand list view.
