Lapsed Time from Lead Creation to Opportunity Close

Hi, looking to figure out the best way to calculate time from the Lead.createdon to the related Opportunity.modifiedon where status=Won. Any thoughts on best approach? This would ideally be just a calculated field sitting on the opportunity, just not sure about how to execute this the best way. Any help appreciated.
