'Sys' undefined, reports will not load ON PREMISE 2016

We are currently updating our on premise environments to CRM 2016 (w/ update .01) and are no longer able to use SSRS reports, both custom and built in.

When the report viewer page loads, the controls are disabled and the console throws 'Sys' undefined javascript errors. No reports will render.

The issue seems identical to the one listed here, https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/arpita/2012/07/20/microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011-unable-to-run-any-reports-due-to-missing-security-role-in-default-organization/ but the advised solutions do not work for us.

We have made sure the users have permissions in the default org, checked SPNs, removed any disabled orgs, re-imported and re-updated orgs (one took a hefty 12 hours to import for some reason), un-installed and re-installed the SSRS Data Connector, and I'm sure many more things.

The environment we are having the issue on is a load balanced pair. We first ran the update on a standalone server, and reports work fine. The setup process was identical.

If anyone has any more suggestions to resolve the issue, please advise.

Yes, we were able to fix this issue by getting a hotfix from Microsoft.

I think we are facing the same issue as the above question, but where can I find this knowledge base entry? Could you provide a link? Thanks in advance.

    Hi there Patrik!

We had to contact Microsoft to get the fix.

There is currently no info about it out there, at least that I could find.

    Hey Michael

Thank you for your fast response. We could actually resolve the issue. After checking the servers again I figured out we didn't update the SRS data connector to the 2016 version and we missed some SPN's. It's all good now. Still thanks though.
