One of my customers is keen to know what the implications are for changing users primary email address. This change will take place in Exchange and be propagated to CRM.
The current setup is CRM 2013 using Server side sync.
The considerations are that once the change is made [and the original email address is replaced with a new one] what will be the impact on the following:
- Emails that are already tracked [I expect these to remain unchanged]
- New Emails that are tracked following the change
- Existing email threads that are replied to after the change
if anyone has any thoughts on this then I would appreciate them.
