Hello,
When I entered an entry to record selling BTC 4.64@70,467.85CAD. the entry as below. the total CAD326,768.69 was transferred to our CAD bank account. And I record the exchange rate gain/loss as well.
but the error message shows that The transactions on voucher FP03-BKTF-000000011 do not balance as per 3/11/2021. (accounting currency: 0.00 - reporting currency: -1,125.14)
Would someone help?

Hi,
Have you tried creating your vouchers in a way that only a single bank is included in the voucher?
Your voucher shows two bank accounts and I wonder if that is the issue.

I have created the following accounts:
Three canadian bank accounts all linked to 12015 Bank account-CAD.
One BTC account linked to 10200 Crypto Wallets-BTC.
i don't understand why it is not working.
Normally when there is bank transfer between different banks, It is working well with the same currencies.
Dr) CIBC CAD100
Cr) BMO CAD100
i don't understand why I can not include BTC account?
Looks like you have issue with exchange rate between BTC (Middle line and your accounting currency)
If you fix that hopefully it will get posted

Have you tried splitting the voucher into two separate ones where each voucher includes only one bank account?
I am not sure how to do that as this is the entry for transferring money from BTC to CAD account.
Try to change reporting currency exchange rate on the journal line.
