I am not sure but I have noticed that in dynamics CRM - from 2013 to Dynamics 365 - 9.1 version, if we edit the multi option set:
a) add new values in the option set
b) Edit any existing value of option set
does not require you to publish the customization. The changes are reflected on the form directly without requiring to publish.
Is this a desired behaviour or a bug? Ideally any changes should require you to 'publish' the changes.
Kindly advise.
