    Hi,

Please activate underdelivery parameter in inventory management parameters and then set underdelivery percent to 100 in transfer order line.

    Hi silvano,

I have done the same scenario. And it worked.

    What I did was:

    1. I created a transfer order that includes item A of 3 pieces.

    2. Shipped 1 piece, and then cancelled the remaining qty by using the form Functions/Deliver reminder in transfer order line.

    3. I tried to post receipt and received the same error you did.

    4. Activated "Accept underdelivery" parameter in Transport tab of Inventory and warehouse management parameters.

    5. As a result of step4, underdelivery field in setup tab of transfer order line became editable. I updated it to be 100, then I posted the receipt with no errors.

I experienced that issue many times, if I ran the whole scenario and cancel the remaining qty in step 5 after placing the receipt, instead of doing it at step 2, there would not be any errors. I dont really like this behaviour of AX but, this it how it works anyway. So, I set all my products to have underdelivery percent as 100 in my environments, it didn't harm anything and I never got into this trouble since then.

If you go through the same steps and still does not work, you can try to increase your qty in your transfer order line, this will update transfer status to "Created", then it wont do such a validation. It has got to work with underdelivery percent update though, so it is better to have it debugged still, even if you solve your issue. To find out the real reason behind it, since it says the problem is underdelivery percent, but as you said it doesn't really care about it being set to 100%.
