Dear All,
what is the way to cancel the partial shipment once created from the load in transportation management. scenario is that due to some reasons driver come back to warehouse without delivering the goods to customers. So i want to submit\put items back into warehouse.
how i can achieve through transportation management.
Hello Afazal,
- From the Load, (1) Cancel the Packing Slip and (2) Reverse the Outbounbd shipment.
- When the Load status is at (3) <Loaded>, on teh Laod lines select the load line to reduce and click on <Reduce Picked Quantity>.
- In the top portion, identify the location and LP (if required) to unpick to. In teh lines identify teh quantity to unpick and click <Ok> at the top.
- In the load lines, you will see the Work Quantity being reduced to reflect the unpicked quanity,
When satisfied, Confirm Outbound shipment and Generate Packing Slip/
