How can change size of Starting receipt, Tender declaration, Safe drop, bank drop, float entry ?

Hi all,

Suddenly, I have request to change size of Starting receipt, Tender declaration, Safe drop, bank drop, float entry to 58 mm,

So how can I can update size of standard report?

In Stating Amount Receipt, This is total 52 character, but  It larger than 70mm.

    Hi

    By my understand, you need do customization for this.

    The standard ENV only allow change bellow receipt:

    Hi,

    I know that, but I just think maybe Microsoft have another way to customize default report.

    In my case, my customer use paper 58mm, but Starting receipt, Tender declaration, Safe drop, bank drop is larger than paper inside machine.

    I can not talk with my customer Microsoft not support paper 58mm to print default report :'( 

    Anyway, Thanks for feed back.

    Hi,

    Yes, actually this is by design at this moment.

    Suggest you do customization for it, it you client really need change this.
