We have a business process that requires that emails are printed and stored in a hard copy file once an issue is resolved.
Our issue is that where the email has multiple replies in and out of our organisation the print preview form indents each reply causing the early emails in the chain to be displayed as single characters down the middle of the page. This turns a 5 page, readable email chain into a 50 page unreadable one.
Is there a way to change how long emails, with multiple replies, are displayed in the Print Preview function in the online version of CRM 2013?
