One user getting HTTP 500 with B2C login

We have one of our testers regularly encounter an HTTP 500 when trying to log in to our eCommerce site via Azure B2C.  None of the other users are encountering this.  What would be the usual suspects, and where should I look?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Joe,

Is there anything different about this tester's permissions?

Does this tester always encounter this error?

Have they tried accessing via a different browser, computer, etc. and does the issue persists?

For the specific error I suggest contacting Microsoft support and have some correlation ID ready, such as, for instance requestId which is sent to Retail Server or ActivityId returned by RS when the request fails, both of those can be found in the Http Headers.
