Can Integration Manager be used to load new accounts to my chart of accounts in GP 2010, I have 400 new accounts that need to be added and figured this might be a better way to do it than manually adding them

    defently you can use it ... and also there is a small utility for data loading called "Data Load", you can try it from www.dataload.com it does not require any IT Background

    Just make sure in your input file you add indicators for B/S or P/L and Debit or Credit in addition to your GL account and you should be all set. Hopefully you have a test environment to experiment with first or at least do a backup before running the integration..
