Hello,

Is there a way to receive an email notification from Business Central if a users security permissions are changed?

Thanks,

I don't think that is possible but you can write customization to do that.

Bizarrely I looked at something similar yesterday for a different circumstance. The notification entry table has a global function called createnew. You pass in some parameters and then the rest of the standard functionality does the rest. I called this with an event subscriber to my concerned table. In your case OnAfterModify will be fine.

The more functional approach here would be lock down permissions for people to this area. Or use change log and then periodically check it.
